1. General provisions and definitions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website available at www.terapia-si.com (the "Site"), operated by [[COMPANY NAME / ADDRESS / TAX ID]] (the "Provider").

"Site" — the terapia-si.com website and its subpages;
"User" — any person using the Site;
"App" — the Terapia SI software for sensory-integration therapy practices, access to which is planned for a future phase (see Section 2).

2. Scope of the service

The Site is currently informational — it presents the features and capabilities of the Terapia SI software. The contact form is in development; until it ships, contact happens via email at hello@terapia-si.com.

3. Conditions of use

Use of the Site is free of charge and does not require registration. Users must use the Site lawfully and in good faith, including refraining from any action that could disrupt its proper operation (e.g. unauthorized access attempts, transmitting malicious software).

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the content, graphics, marks, and other elements of the Site, including the "Terapia SI" name and logo, belong to the Provider or its licensors and are protected under applicable law, including copyright law. Using these elements without the Provider's consent is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of liability

The Provider takes reasonable care to keep the information on the Site current and accurate but does not guarantee its completeness or absence of errors. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons (e.g. maintenance at our hosting provider). To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
